svn repo web redirect is unreliable

Description

Browsing to http://rubyeventmachine.com/svn/branches/ is unreliable, http://rubyeventmachine.com/svn/ redirects to port 8000, and some people have been unable to checkout code there.

Currently this is blocking a few of our users from being able to get to the svn easily.

Could we move it to a subdomain if the redirect configs are a big problem?
